Cypress Bend offers a Complete Meeting Package (CMP) as well as a variety of other packages to make your meeting with us easy to plan and budget. Our meeting packages are very flexible and can be customized to the specific needs of your group.
Our Complete Meeting Package plan includes:
- Overnight accommodations
- Meals begin with dinner upon arrival, breakfast and lunch daily. End with lunch on day of departure.
- Continuous beverage service with fresh fruit

- Morning break consist of pastries (varies daily), sliced fresh fruit, mini yogurts, orange juice and soft drinks
- Afternoon break consist of assorted afternoon snacks, fresh baked cookies or brownies of the day, and soft drinks
- Meeting room supplies include 5" x 7" writing pads, pencils, ice water and candy
- Standard audio/visual package will vary depending on the number of attendees
